The state of New York can help you if you need emergency and/or non-emergency medical transportation. These services will be covered by regular Medicaid.

How do members get care?
To get non-emergency transportation, you or your provider must call Medical Answering Services (MAS) at the number below:
- 1-855-852-3287, for members who live in Onondaga County
- 1-855-733-9397 for members who live in Cortland County
- 1-866-753-4543 for members who live in Tompkins County
You or your provider should call MAS at least 3 days before your medical appointment. If you have an emergency and need an ambulance, you must call 911.
