We all know that eating a healthy diet high in fruits and vegetables and getting exercise are great ways to improve our health. But one thing you might not expect to benefit your health, but can have a significant positive impact, is laughter. Laughing not only forces you to smile, and hopefully feel happier for at least a short period, but it can actually physically alter your body in ways you might not expect.
