Did you know that brisk walking reduces the risk of heart disease? A recent study from the American Heart Association Journal of Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis and Vascular Biology proved that the health benefits of walking are comparable to running if not more impactful.
Here are some other health benefits of walking:

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 150 minutes of moderate intensity aerobic exercise is recommended per week.
